Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse financi\u00eble en administratieve processen vlot en correct verlopen.<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Je staat in voor de dagelijkse verwerking van inkomende facturen, het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van betalingen, het boeken van bankverrichtingen en de verwerking van de lonen in de boekhouding.<\/li>\n<li>Je volgt de balansrekeningen op en bereidt de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingen voor.<\/li>\n<li>Je verzorgt de btw-aangiftes en staat in voor Intrastat, Recupel en andere relevante rapporteringen.<\/li>\n<li>Je staat in voor de loonadministratie in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat. Daarbij zorg je voor een correcte HR-administratie en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor werknemers met HR-gerelateerde vragen over onder andere sociale wetgeving en loon.<\/li>\n<li>Je verzorgt het algemene administratieve beheer, zoals documenten, archivering, telefoon en e-mail, en beantwoordt vragen van klanten en leveranciers over facturen en betalingen.<\/li>\n<li>Je denkt mee over de verdere optimalisatie van administratieve en financi\u00eble processen.<\/li>\n<li>Je werkt nauw samen met de directie en kunt rekenen op ondersteuning en expertise vanuit de financi\u00eble afdeling van <a href=\"https:\/\/initium.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>INITIUM<\/strong><\/a>, de holding achter SECULUX.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div id=\"wd-6aa24ffe54acd\" class=\"wd-text-block wd-wpb reset-last-child wd-rs-6aa24ffe54acd text-left wd-font-weight-600 color-primary wd-fontsize-m \">\n\t\t\t<p>Jouw profiel<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div id=\"wd-6aa25006810d9\" class=\"wd-text-block wd-wpb reset-last-child wd-rs-6aa25006810d9 text-left \">\n\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Je hebt een diploma in boekhouding, bedrijfsadministratie of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.<\/li>\n<li>Je hebt relevante ervaring in een boekhoudkundige of financieel-administratieve functie.<\/li>\n<li>Je hebt een goede kennis van boekhoudkundige en administratieve processen en werkt graag zelfstandig.<\/li>\n<li>Je hebt voldoende ervaring met MS Office, voornamelijk Excel, en boekhoudsoftware.<\/li>\n<li>Ons huidige ERP-pakket is Navision, maar we zitten volop in de omschakeling naar Business Central.
