Unlimited number of sites

Create unlimited sites for different locations or projects. Manage controllers within each site and link them to 1 or 2 doors

Number of controllers

Depending on the subscription, you add up to 20 controllers, each linkable to 1 or 2 doors.

With EntraSYSTEM4 Pro, this allows you to manage up to 40 doors via the web portal.

Timetable by controller

With the free standard subscription, you start easily right away, with no schedule per controller.

Want more control? With EntraSYSTEM4 Pro, you set up to 30 time schedules per controller.

Flexible group management

Organize users and controllers by group within each site. Create unlimited groups and expand by up to 30 schedules per group via the Pro subscription. Ideal for complex installations.

Define flexibility depending on subscription. Configure up to 30 schedules per group through the Pro subscription, ideal for complex or large-scale installations.

Access Control

Give users in a group access to one or more doors and expand the number of doors to 40 through the Pro subscription.

Exceptions

Capitalize on vacation periods and temporarily deny access for a group. Useful for recurring leave or closure periods.

Customized user management

Add users quickly and easily via upload files or directly through the portal. Give each user a separate validity period and grant access via PIN code, app or SMS. Manage up to 500 users with the EntraSYSTEM4 Pro subscription.

User roles

The system supports “admin rights” for central administrators. Other users have only limited rights. This ensures an orderly and secure installation without data contamination.

Access via code keyboard

Each user receives an individual PIN that he enters on the code keyboard to gain direct access to a door.

Access via app

Grant users access through the ES4 app that they can download for free and then easily create an account. The administrator – with Free or Pro account – invites the user to open doors through the app.

Access via text message

The LTE-ES4 GSM module enables access control via SMS. The user sends a message to the SIM card number in the module, after which access is granted via number recognition in a secure and direct manner.

Access Counter

Determine how often – once or unlimited – a user is granted access within a specific validity period. This Access Counter User feature will be available soon.

Period of validity

Set a validity period for each user. Ideal when a user is only allowed temporary access within a group.

Why do I choose (smart) access control?

Access control allows you to quickly and easily manage the safety and accessibility of your buildings. Moreover, this can be done from any location via our Cloud system, so that you always and everywhere have your accesses under control. You determine who has access, where and when. This increases the sense of security.

How do I add an ES4 controller to Cloud Mode?

Select the desired installation in the Cloud tab of your app. Select “Controllers” – “Add controller. Follow the steps indicated in the app to add a controller. A controller is always assigned to a Standard Group with a Standard Time Schedule (24/7). After the controller has been added to the installation, the settings can be changed via the portal (). For more information, check the manual.

How do I connect the controllers via Wifi?

Controllers can connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi as standard. Two optional expansion modules offer the ability to connect to the Internet via Ethernet or via LTE. The LTE module requires a mobile connection to data via a micro SIM card. This module also requires a compatible antenna connection. The Ethernet module requires a connection with an RJ45 connector to a LAN network.
