SECULUX focuses exclusively on installers, points of sale and wholesalers in access automation.
The webshop is publicly accessible, but orders and prices are only available to customers with a valid login.
Private individuals cannot purchase directly from SECULUX.

Can anyone become a SECULUX customer?

No, SECULUX focuses exclusively on professional installers and wholesalers.
When applying for a customer login, we look at your specialization and company number.

Customer login:

I have a company number but am not an installer. Will I also get a customer login?

Not automatically. We review your company’s eligibility with each application.
Installers and wholesalers are our core customers. Is your company not one of them? Then we will refer you to a licensed installer.

What if my request for a customer login is denied?

Don’t fall within our target group? Then we will refer you to a professional installer in your area.

How long will it take for my customer login to be active?

After your application, our sales team reviews your information.
Within 1 to 2 business days you will usually receive a confirmation and login information.

How many users can the system manage?

EntraSYSTEM4 is scalable to more than 500 users and 20 controllers, all centrally managed in one portal.

How easy is the installation of EntraSYSTEM4?

Very simple! The 2-wire bus system requires minimal cabling.
The system runs on 12-24V AC/DC and can be connected via WiFi, LAN or LTE 4G.
Our documentation and training courses make installation feasible for any professional.

How do I change the switching duration of the outputs?

Enter the master code and press and hold its last digit for 5 sec.
Then press the digit 3 for 5 sec.
Now choose the number of seconds ( 1-9 ) of your switching time.

What is an ES4 controller?

De ES4-controller is het hart van elke opstelling.

Een slim stukje hardware – 100% ontwikkeld en geproduceerd in België – waarmee je kleine, eenvoudige installaties kan verwezenlijken (Basic-modus) of grotere complexere installaties (Cloud-modus).

Je kan controllers groeperen in één of meerdere installaties. Je kan mét of zónder codeklavier een toegang beheren en hebt de flexibiliteit om met éénzelfde controller elke toepassing tot 500 gebruikers veilig toegang te verlenen.

Het toestel functioneert  zonder internet, maar ook via wifi, LTE-M / 4G en Ethernet (RJ45). Het kan dus ook makkelijk geïnstalleerd worden op locaties die mobiel zijn (bv. werfketens, evenementen).

How do I set up a controller?

Controllers are added to the default group with default settings by default. After adding, you can change the settings in the portal through the menu ‘System – Controllers’. Below you can find the added controller, each row shows a configurable output.

Why do I choose (smart) access control?

Access control allows you to quickly and easily manage the safety and accessibility of your buildings. Moreover, this can be done from any location via our Cloud system, so that you always and everywhere have your accesses under control. You determine who has access, where and when. This increases the sense of security.

How do I add an ES4 controller to Cloud Mode?

Select the desired installation in the Cloud tab of your app. Select “Controllers” – “Add controller. Follow the steps indicated in the app to add a controller. A controller is always assigned to a Standard Group with a Standard Time Schedule (24/7). After the controller has been added to the installation, the settings can be changed via the portal (). Is the ES4 compatible with other Entrya products?

The EntraSYSYTEM4 product line is not compatible with other Entrya products.

How many doors can I manage maximum with Basic mode and Cloud mode?

If you choose Basic mode you can manage 2 doors per controller, for Cloud mode it is a total of 40 doors (with Pro subscription).

How do I connect the controllers via Wifi?

Controllers can connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi as standard. Two optional expansion modules offer the ability to connect to the Internet via Ethernet or via LTE. The LTE module requires a mobile connection to data via a micro SIM card. This module also requires a compatible antenna connection. The Ethernet module requires a connection with an RJ45 connector to a LAN network.

When is the ES4 controller ready to use?
  1. Connect the code keyboard to the ES4 controller. Connect the gray and white wires to the BUS connector on the controller. The polarity is not important.
  2. Connect a power supply to PWR connector of the controller. The polarity is not important.
  3. Connect – optionally – a power supply for heating the code keyboard to the orange and red wires of the code keyboard. The polarity is not important.

Can 1 code give access to both controller outputs?

Yes you can. If a code gives access to both outputs, you need to select the desired output (1 or 2) after entering the code. Note, if you are working in Basic mode, you need to use the ES4 app for this. Via Cloud mode, you can of course do this as well.

How many code keyboards can I connect to the ES4 controller?

The system uses a two-wire BUS for the code keypads. Two code keypads can be connected to one ES4 controller.

What happens if I enter an invalid code through the code keyboard?

Then the code keyboard gives an error message.
The maximum time between pressing digits is 2 seconds.
With 3 wrong attempts within 60 seconds, the code keyboard is locked out for 60 seconds. During this lockout, all keys flash. These settings can be adjusted via the app.

The status of the gate (open/closed) is not visible in the app and the portal.

To display the door/gate status, a potential-free contact from the door/gate is required that switches when the gate is open or closed.

  1. Connect this contact to an unused input of the ES4 controller IN 1 or IN 2.
  2. Open the portal and log in with a user who has Admin rights.
  3. Go to Controllers, Input Configuration of the output used to open the door/gate.
  4. Activate the input to which the door/gate contact is connected and set it to Door Status.
  5. Select the Contact Type: Normally open or closed. If this is incorrect, the door status will be displayed incorrectly.
  6. If necessary, set the Door Open timeout to receive a notification when the door/gate remains open for too long.
  7. A door icon will appear on the tile in the app and portal. This icon is orange when the door/gate is open.
  8. Go to users and activate the notifications that the user wants to receive.
    Note: notifications are only sent to users with the role ‘Admin’.
What is the warranty period of ES4 products?

Entrya code keypads and the controller are covered by a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear – such as, for example, discoloration caused by sunlight – is not covered by warranty. The warranty is in full accordance with the statutory provisions. Please contact your supplier (installer or wholesaler) for any warranty claims.

How do I start programming the ES4 controller?

This can be done through the controller or through the code keyboard with master code:

Programming via controller: press the programming button on the controller for 5 sec.

Programming via master code: Enter the master code and press and hold the last digit for 5 sec.

Can I use Apple Car Play or Android car in car?

These are currently under development. To be expected in 2026.

How do I add a code to both outputs?

Create code for access 1
Enter the master code and press and hold the last digit for 5 seconds.
When digit 1 lights up, a first user code can be entered.
Additional codes can then be added until the programming button is pressed.
The code entered must contain as many digits as the master code.


Create code for access 2 (if connected)
Enter the master code and hold down the last digit for 5 seconds.
Then press button 2 for 4 seconds until digit 2 lights up.
Enter the first user code (again: the code must be the same length as the master code).
Multiple codes can be created until the programming button is pressed.

Is it possible to replace/repair only parts?

Our products are durable and repairable. A defective product must be returned in its entirety for repair. We do not ship individual parts. Note: returns can only be made through professional partners (installers or wholesalers).

What is the maximum number of users for Basic mode and Cloud mode?

If you choose Basic mode you can add up to 100 users, for Cloud mode it is up to 500 users (with Pro subscription).

Is it possible to export and import users?

This will be available soon, both in basic and cloud mode one can then export and import users, in .CSV format via Wifi Direct (without internet connection) or via Cloud portal (with internet connection).

How does the ES4 controller distinguish the 2 code keyboards?

Code keypads must be addressed upon initial startup. Code keypads that do not have an address will automatically enter addressing mode. Both code keypads must not have the same address.
After addressing, the ES4 system is ready for programming.

How do I connect in Basic mode?

Make sure your smartphone’s WiFi is on and you have internet connection on your smartphone. Install the Entrya ES4 App in Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Sign in or register to your ES4 account. Scan the QR code on the ES4 controller. This will give you WiFi-Direct connection to the controller and allow you to complete the setup in the App. For more information, check out the manual.

Wifi Direct does not indicate an Internet connection. What may I mean by this?

During programming with App via Wifi Direct, a smart device makes a direct Wifi connection to the ES4 controller. For this, the smart device requires an Internet connection and a registered ES4 account.

Note: Make sure you are standing near the ES4 Controller after you have created an account and installed the app. This way you will be in direct connection with the Controller.

What is the maximum pin length of a code?

The maximum pin length of a code is 8 digits.
If you are programming the controller for the first time, the first code added is your master code. The master code determines the length (4 – 8 digits) of all other codes.

The master code can be used both as an access code and to program additional codes and settings via the code keyboard.

How do I remove all codes from the controller?

Use the program button and hold it down for 10 seconds until the green light flashes according to the diagram above.

How do I enable/disable Wi-Fi Direct through the ES4 controller?

Caution: press 5x smoothly enough in succession.

How do I change or restore the factory settings of the controller?

Use the program button and hold it down for 18 seconds until after the green, the white light flashes according to the diagram above.

What is the difference between Basic mode and Cloud mode?

In Basic mode, you can program one controller with a connected code keyboard through that same code keyboard (or manage it through the app – with wifi). The controller does not require an internet connection. Basic mode is suitable for installations where there are only a few users and a maximum of two gates/doors. Adjusting codes is not often done, so management is optional rather than required. To manage via the app, you must be within wifi range of the controller.

In Cloud mode, you can install multiple controllers with and without a code keyboard. The controllers require an Internet connection. Cloud mode is suitable for installations where there are multiple users and multiple doors. Where there is a need for timetables, automatic switching user groups. Adjusting user rights is done regularly and easy management is an essential part of the installation.

Private individuals:

Can an individual request a customer login?

No. Only installers, companies and outlets can request a customer login.
Individuals are referred to an authorized SECULUX customer in their area.

can an individual take training?

No, training at SECULUX is exclusively for professional customers who work with our products every day.

Does SECULUX organize open days for individuals?

No, our trainings and open days are for professional clients only.

Can an individual access the SECULUX webshop?

Yes, our webshop is publicly visible.
Without a login, only the products and associated information can be viewed.
Prices and price lists are only visible and downloadable for logged-in customers.

Can individuals order from SECULUX?

No. SECULUX only supplies companies.
As a wholesaler, SECULUX targets installers, stores and project managers.
Private purchases are not possible.
